Your Responsibilities
- You lead and develop the global D2C Fulfilment Supply Chain globally by defining and executing a strategic roadmap focused on efficiency, innovation, and best-in-class logistics services
- You monitor and ensure performance of regional logistics operations across all assigned regions, while managing the overall global fulfilment budget
- You align a global Supply Chain Strategy with all relevant stakeholders, as Sales & Marketing, Finance, Service to provide cost-efficient, reliable, and scalable D2C services
- You oversee the implementation of global initiatives by acting as the key contact between global functions and regional/local logistics teams, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder alignment
- You drive Process Standardization and Harmonization (incl. IT landscape)
What we are looking for
- You hold an academic degree and bring business experience in associated job duties and essential functions and leadership experience
- You bring significant professional experience in international logistics or supply chain management, with excellent people-oriented leadership capabilities and ability to lead multiple cultures
- As a value-based leader you demonstrate strong leadership capabilities with the ability to inspire and guide multiple regional teams; Experience with project and line organization, especially dealing within a matrix structure
- You have an affinity for IT, ideally profound knowledge and understanding of digitalization opportunities and corresponding (IT) tools, as well as structured end-to-end process thinking
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and experience in presenting decisions to Executive levels
