Your Responsibilities
- You establish, develop and maintain strong business relationships with existing importers
- You identify trends and developments in the market and develop an importer strategy aligned with global export strategies
- You support importers in the implementation of corporate guidelines, best practices and key initiatives in marketing, sales and services
- You represent export markets interests within the global export team in order to review and align operational activities
- You research, evaluate and report insights to develop new markets and prospective importer partners while managing regional results according to regional objectives
What we are looking for
- You hold a university degree in Business Administration and have a background in International Sales and/or Marketing, ideally in Asia
- You bring analytical market understanding along with strong intuition and experience in developing new business
- You take a proactive approach to supporting and driving Sell-In as well as Sell-Out
- You work well independently within agreed objectives and also thrive as part of an international team
- You are pragmatic and creative, with excellent communication skills, and you are fluent in English
