Together with leaders, business stakeholders and the global People & Organization community, you shape leadership development initiatives that strengthen capabilities aligned with Miele’s strategic priorities

Through global qualification programs and development journeys, you help leaders build the skills needed to lead teams and organizations successfully in a changing environment

New leadership concepts, mentoring approaches and scalable development solutions are driven forward by you with a strong focus on business impact, global applicability and long-term value

In close collaboration with colleagues across regions and functions, you translate leadership development needs into practical solutions that support organizational performance and growth

Data, feedback and measurable outcomes guide your decisions as you continuously evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of leadership development initiatives worldwide
What we are looking for

You hold a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field

You understand how leadership development contributes to business success and know how to connect people strategies with organizational goals

You build trust quickly, communicate with confidence and influence stakeholders at different levels through strong consulting and relationship-building skills

You bring experience working in international environments and enjoy collaborating across cultures, regions and perspectives

You are fluent in English and can communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively in a global context
