Your Responsibilities

Define, implement and continuously evolve leadership frameworks, principles, and competencies to strengthen leadership quality globally

Shape and steer leadership qualification activities that build capabilities aligned with our organizational goals

Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing guidance on leadership development strategies and best practices

Drive initiatives that elevate leadership quality and performance across all regions

Collaborate with business stakeholders and our global People and Organization community to ensure leadership development supports strategic priorities
What We Are Looking For

Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field

Proven experience in leadership development and ideally prior experience in a leadership role. The latter explicitly includes leadership roles outside of HR

Strong business acumen and ability to connect leadership strategies with business objectives

Excellent consulting and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels

Global mindset and experience working in an international environment

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
