You will be responsible for:
- Act as a central operational contact for HR systems support, handling requests and incidents via our ticketing system (CARL / ServiceNow) and ensuring timely, high-quality resolution;
- Perform operational activities directly in Workday, including standard corrections, adjustments, organizational changes, and access requests in line with defined governance;
- Support end users and P&O colleagues by providing clear guidance, structured responses, and reliable first-level system support;
- Actively contribute to data quality and data cleansing activities, ensuring Workday remains a reliable and consistent source of HR data;
- Identify recurring issues and, as an integral part of the CoE Digital People Processes team, actively contribute to the continuous improvement and stabilization of digital P&O processes;
- Support the rollout, stabilization, and documentation of new or enhanced digital HR solutions, contributing to the ongoing expansion of Miele’s HR digital landscape.
What we expect:
- Experience in HR systems, HR operations, shared services, or application support (Workday experience is a strong plus, but not mandatory);
- A structured and reliable working style with a strong focus on data accuracy and process quality;
- Interest in digital P&O processes and system-based work;
- Confidence in working with standardized workflows and ticketing systems;
- Very good English communication skills; German is an advantage but not required;
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn and grow in a digital HR environment.
