You explore and develop digital, data‑driven approaches that make our Talent Acquisition processes more efficient and scalable

You assess modern AI tools such as OpenAI ChatGPT or Anthropic Claude and evaluate where they can add value in the recruiting context

You support workflow automation by taking first steps with tools like Make, Zapier or n8n

You contribute to projects in the areas of content automation, data insights and process optimisation, taking ownership of defined work packages

You bring in your ideas to further strengthen the digital maturity and innovation capability of our Talent Acquisition organization
What we are looking for

You are enrolled at a university and have a strong interest in AI, machine learning, data analytics or digital technologies

You are familiar with AI tools such as OpenAI, ChatGPT or Anthropic Claude and ideally have hands‑on experience with automation tools like Make, Zapier or n8n

You bring analytical thinking and the ability to translate complexity into clear and pragmatic solutions; knowledge of Azure Foundry is a strong plus

You work in a structured and self‑driven manner and are curious to explore new digital approaches

You have very good verbal and written communication skills in English
