This internship offers an educational and exploratory placement within the Global Marketing Communications team at Miele X B.V. You will gain hands-on exposure to corporate marketing communications in an international environment, while receiving structured learning, close supervision, and continuous feedback.
The role is designed to connect academic knowledge—particularly in psychology, consumer behavior, and marketing—to real-world marketing communication challenges.
What You Will Learn & DoDuring the internship, you will gradually take on responsibilities across several learning phases, including:
- Participate in onboarding and gain insight into Miele’s brand, values, and global marketing organization
- Observe and support internal meetings to learn about stakeholder management, decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration
- Support strategic marketing projects, with a focus on Marketing Communication Value Propositions
- Independently conduct guided research tasks applying psychological and marketing theory
- Contribute to insight-driven communication initiatives through competitor analysis, audience research, and channel overviews
- Learn how research and insights inform communication strategy and planning
- Prepare and deliver a final presentation reflecting on key learnings and professional development
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program, preferably in Psychology, Marketing, or a related field
- Interest in marketing communications, consumer psychology, and global brands
