Vice President Global Content & Creative (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
- You define and implement a consistent, brand-aligned global content strategy that strengthens premium positioning across all markets
- In close collaboration with global marketing and category teams, you drive the creation, management and distribution of content across all relevant channels globally
- You take end-to-end responsibility for globally led content creation, ensuring consistency and impact across all regions and touchpoints
- You build and optimize a scalable global content supply chain by integrating content creation, channel adaptation, operations and systems into efficient, standardized processes
- You ensure that all content is delivered at the highest quality and tailored to the requirements of different channels and touchpoints
- With a strong understanding of the customer journey, you shape content that enhances brand perception and supports conversion
- You lead and develop a large international team (50+ employees), including the channel content team in Amsterdam, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
What we are looking for
- Extensive leadership experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within a premium brand environment
- At least 15 years of professional experience in marketing, content or marketing communications roles
- Proven experience in leading marketing or marketing communications functions, including building and developing large, high-performing teams in complex, international environments
- Strong track record in building premium or lifestyle brands through effective communication
- Strong ability to lead international and cross-functional teams
- Deep understanding of brand management, customer journey and omnichannel communication
- Experience in marketing communications and building effective stakeholder relationships
- Experience in end-to-end content delivery, including production, localisation and global rollout across channels
- Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution
- Experience leveraging AI and emerging technologies in content creation and brand ecosystems is a plus
- Excellent English language skills and at least a basic command of German
