Your Responsibilities
- In close collaboration with global marketing and category teams, you define and implement a consistent global content strategy that strengthens Miele’s premium positioning across all markets and channels
- Across the full customer journey, you shape impactful content experiences that strengthen brand perception and support commercial performance at every relevant touchpoint
- Your expertise drives globally led content creation from strategy to rollout, ensuring consistency, relevance and quality across regions, formats and channels
- By connecting content creation, localisation, channel adaptation and operational workflows, you build scalable processes that increase efficiency and support global growth
- Together with internal stakeholders and external partners, you ensure that all content reflects the expectations of a premium brand and meets the requirements of different audiences and platforms
- In an international and fast-moving environment, you balance strategic direction with operational execution while continuously improving structures, collaboration models and creative effectiveness
- You lead and develop an international organization with more than 50 employees, including the channel content team in Amsterdam, and create a collaborative environment with clear ownership and high standards
What we are looking for
- Extensive leadership experience in senior marketing or marketing communications roles, ideally within a premium, lifestyle or design-driven brand environment
- Proven experience leading international and cross-functional organizations, including building and developing large, high-performing teams in complex business environments
- Deep understanding of brand management, customer journeys and omnichannel communication, combined with the ability to translate strategy into impactful global content ecosystems
- Strong track record in building premium brands through effective communication, globally consistent storytelling and high-quality content execution across channels
- Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on approach that allows you to move confidently between long-term direction, stakeholder alignment and operational delivery
- Experience managing end-to-end content delivery, including production, localisation and global rollout processes across multiple regions and channels
- Excellent English language skills and at least a basic command of German; experience using AI and emerging technologies within content creation and brand ecosystems is an advantage
